To nominate your spin-off initiative for a venture pitch at HIHR-19, taking place on November 18 in Leiden, the Netherlands, please complete the form below and submit it through your respective TTO office no later than Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

You will also be asked to provide a preliminary PowerPoint presentation of your spin-off project (max 10 slides), along with a summary for inclusion in our syllabus.
For the summary, please complete this HIHR pitch summary template and upload it below. Kindly adhere strictly to this format, as submissions in other formats cannot be included in the syllabus.

Please note that all nominations must be submitted and coordinated through the TTO office.

1) Problem & opportunity
2) Solution (incl. technology & IP)
3) Market analysis and competitor analysis
4) Business model & go-to-market strategy
5) A clear roadmap with most important (financial & product) milestones (& partners?)
6) Current management team (why you)
7) Consolidated financials (P&L and cashflow statement) if available
8) Specific (fund raising) question.
